Collection: Historic Film
The motion picture footage in this collection was shot by the expedition photographer, Loring Whitman, on a 35 mm Bell & Howell Eyemo camera. The collection contains approximately 2 hours of the earliest motion picture record known to exist documenting the life and culture among different ethnic groups in Monrovia and throughout the interior of Liberia.
